The voice cast so far:  The lead character, Emmet, Chris Pratt (Moneyball).  Batman’s voice will be provided by Will Arnett (Arrested Development).  Channing Tatum (21 Jump Street, Magic Mike) has been offered the role of…Superman.  No confirmation of a reply on his part yet.  Here’s the synopsis so far:

“Emmet is an ordinary, law-abiding, rules-following, perfectly average Lego mini-figure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary MasterBuilder. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant from gluing the universe together, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.”

No set release date yet.  Keep your eyes open…
