TOUCH

KIEFER SUTHERLAND (Jack Bauer on 24) is back on our screens this time not as the ass kicking no-nonsense super cop but as Martin Bohm a widower and single father who is haunted by an inability to connect to his emotionally challenged 11-year-old son.

Bohm (Kiefer Sutherland) is trying desperately to find a way to connect with his autistic son, Jake (David Mazouz). Jake is unable to speak and doesn’t like to be touched, but he is gifted and can see mathematical patterns in everything, making him able to predict future events before they happen.

Martin’s discovery that his son is using numbers instead of words to communicate compels him to try to put together a puzzle full of seemingly unrelated pieces.

The series seems promising and has been met with positive reviews, it currently holds a score of 63/100 according to www.metacritic.com

The series TOUCH is created and written by TIM KRING the guy who brought us HEROES let’s hope the show survives and doesn’t suffer the fate of heroes.
