James Bond ‘Skyfall’

Daniel Craig is probably one of the best Bonds so far (yes better than Brosnan in my opinion, but that’s up to debate 😉 ). Craig will be back in his third outing as James Bond later on this year in what looks set up to be a step up from Quantum of Solace and as solid (even better?) as the reboot Casino Royale. Before we get to the character posters, here’s a summary…

Summary: “Skyfall centers around a story in which Bond’s boss, “M,” (Judi Dench) loses possession of a vital piece of MI6 intel: a file containing the identities of the agency’s undercover agents. Bond – who is believed to be dead after some clever maneuvering by M and sharpshooter agent, Eve (Naomie Harris) – is called in to recover the missing info, which somehow puts him on a collision course with the creepy-faced “Silva” (Javier Bardem), a ruthless assassin sporting a major grudge against “M” and MI6 – not to mention, some classic Bond villain blond hair.” – Screenrant

Skyfall comes out November 9th, 2012. Hopefully around that time too in Kenya 😉

Noah

Well, it was bound to happen, with every book that passes a milestone in terms of sales, Hollywood come calling and we know what happens then.  If you thought the Bible was safe, think again… 😉  Directed by Darren Aronofsky (The Fountain, The Wrestler, Black Swan), and starring Russell Crowe has the following summary;

Noah is a close adaptation of the Biblical story of Noah’s Ark. In a world ravaged by human sin, Noah is given a divine mission: to build an Ark to save creation from the coming flood. The screenplay was written by Aronofsky and Ari Handel and revised by Academy Award-nominated screenwriter John Logan (GLADIATOR, HUGO).” – Screenrant

The Ark:

Cast:Russell Crowe as Noaht, Jennifer Connelly as Noah’s loyal wife, Ray Winstone as the antagonist aka his “enemy,” Anthony Hopkins as his (almost) millennium-old grandfather, and Emma Winstone as his daughter-in-law.

Release Date: March 28th, 2014
