Pudgy Looking Christian Bale, Amy Adams in AMERICAN HUSTLE

Silver Linings Playbook director David O. Russell is back with a new film, well duh. Formerly known as American Bullshit, the new film is headlined by Christian Bale and Amy Adams.  If any of the above info doesn’t stand out to you apart from Bale’s name, then let’s just stick there on Christian Bale.  Here’s the unofficial plot summary courtesy of Collider:

“The story is based on a real-life undercover sting operation called “Abscam”, which was set up in the 1980s by a con artist working for the FBI who rooted out corruption in Congress.“

Christian Bale is well known for his physical devotion to any big screen role, so this new look in his post-Batman era comes as no surprise. We do have more pictures below and ladies, please, go easy… BUT right before that, here’s the rather impressive list of the other cast members: Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, and Robert De Niro, Jeremy Renner, Louis C.K., Michael Pena, and Jack Huston.

Release date is around this year December 25th.
