New STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS Posters, IRON MAN 3 Clips, All That and More Plus the Kitchen Sink!
Just how much more goodies can the studios dish out right before the expected big screen big boys come out to play? We’ll tell you; countless! We are not complaining though and it was with great pleasure that we rounded up the following promotional images and videos from J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek: Into Darkness, Robert Schwentke’s R.I.P.D and ofcourse, Iron Man 3 respectively. Enjoy…
Star Trek: Into Darkness
Into Darkness properly sums up the image that’ s been represented so far of the sequel to J.J. Abrams’ successful 2009 reboot of the Star Trek franchise, by literally injecting new life into it with fresh younger actors. We have seen quite a number of promotional images and videos but just when it seems the studio at the wheel, Paramount Studios couldn’t unleash anything else much better, BHAM! They go on and bamboozle us (whatever that means, it just sounded really nice…in my head) with the following one-sheets:

R.I.P.D
Here’s one of those ‘silent’ possible goldmine of a film that features two quite star worthy leads and a supporting cast. For some reason, the Jude Law and Forrest Whitaker helmed film Repo Men comes to mind when i look at the poster because of two reasons:
- This film has an older well known lead paired with a younger well known lead.
- Secondly, the storyline is sci-fi based, with the characters being partners in a set-up that i bet they cant walk away from willingly…
Plot: “R.I.P.D. centers on dead cops who work for the “Rest in Peace Department,” with Ryan Reynolds playing a newly deceased cop and Jeff Bridges taking on the role of his partner, a seasoned R.I.P.D. veteran. The film also stars Mary Louise-Parker, Kevin Bacon, Stephanie Szostak, Marissa Miller, and James Hong. ” Collider
The trailer according to Collider should be out sometime this week! We’ll keep our eyes open for this one.
