Man of Steel,2013 Movies…

The 2012 Licensing Expo looks like a pretty neat expo! If you didn’t know, allow me to act all obnoxious 😉 it’s an expo where material for upcoming films are put on display.  The material can range from costumes, logos, posters, concept art etc  Speaking of costumes…

The Superman reboot,titled Man of Steel starring Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman directed by Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen) and produced by Christopher Nolan (Batman Trilogy, Inception), Jonathan Nolan (Person if Interest)  comes out next year 2013.  So far, we’ve only seen some pretty neat looking set pictures and stills but no teaser or trailer yet…  BUT these new images taken at the 2012 Licensing Expo show off some interesting futuristic Kryptonian garb from the movie.  Yes Superman no longer has his underwear and the suit looks more like an armor yes, yes, all these changes because DC Comics kinda ‘revamped’ the character and several others also under an act titled The New 52.  It’s pretty much a bit of a complex affair (or not 😉 ) if you’re not familiar with the comics.  In short, Superman has part of his origin storyline, powers and looks altered…  Whether or not it will be too high a mountain for Zack Snyder and the Nolan brothers combined to tackle, we’ll find o9ut next year.  For now, here are the costumes.
