Cosplay Community Kenya Workshop 2023 Tickets now on Sale

This event is a cosplay focused workshop, not a convention.

Movie Jabber’s Cosplay Community Workshop (#CosComKE2023) is a platform where cosplayers come together to exchange ideas and learn from each other. This is facilitated through live panels and Q&A segments hosted by local and international talent, as well as other fun activities.

Tickets only sold online, no tickets sold at the gate. Ticket sales close Friday February 24th, 11.59pm, or when total capacity of 150 attendees is reached. Whichever comes first.

Target Audience

This event is for regular and new cosplayers and individuals curious about delving into cosplay. You are highly encouraged to come in cosplay. But if you cannot, you are still more than welcome to attend!

Event Activities

• Panels: Live Q&A session hosted by select cosplayers and photographers, as well as a second panel featuring past winners of cosplay tournaments hosted by Movie Jabber.
• Photo sessions: Photo-booth set-ups by photographers to take photographs of cosplayers. This may be free, or have an additional charge to it, subject to decision made by photographer.
• Showcase: Cosplayers register to show off their costumes on stage in-front. This is NON-COMPETITIVE. NO PRIZE ATTACHED.

Want to Showcase?

If you want to showcase your costume on stage, on event day, all you have to do is to check-in and register at the venue before 1pm. Do so at the door.

Important: This is a family friendly event. Cross-play and cross-dressing by male cosplayers, nudity and alcohol will not be allowed by event organizers and the management of the venue. We reserve the right of admission.
